Shantilal Jain

Founder & Chairman

Shantilal Jain is the Founder of the Munoth Group, which today spans financial markets, real estate, warehousing, leasing, and construction. Beginning his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 17, he transitioned the Group from its origins in imports to a diversified enterprise with sustained growth across multiple sectors.

His strategic guidance has shaped the Group's evolution over decades, building a foundation rooted in prudence, operational discipline, and long-term value creation.

Beyond business, he is actively engaged in philanthropy and community leadership. He has been honored with the Glory of Gujarat award by the Governor of Gujarat in recognition of his contributions to industry and society.

Siddharth Jain

Managing Director

Siddharth Jain is the Managing Director of Munoth Capital Market Limited and has been associated with the Munoth Group for over two decades. He holds an MBA in Finance and has played a central role in building the Group's financial services platform across equities, debt, brokerage, proprietary investing, and a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund.

His approach to investing is rooted in fundamental analysis and risk discipline. Under his leadership, the Group established structured arbitrage operations, expanded its brokerage network, and strengthened institutional processes.

Siddharth is a Member of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) and has held multiple leadership roles within JITO, including Chairman of the JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation (2020–2022). He has spoken at global industry forums such as the Eurekahedge Conference (New York) and has served on the Investors' Panel at the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship, IIM Ahmedabad.

Rahul Pansari

Chief Financial Officer

Rahul Mahesh Pansari is the Chief Financial Officer of Munoth Capital Market Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and completed his MBA in Finance at Gujarat University.

He has been with Munoth Capital Market Limited for two decades.

Darshit Shah

Non-Executive Independent Director

Darshit Shah is a Non-Executive Independent Director of Munoth Capital Market Limited.

He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

He is a Portfolio Manager at Nirvana Capital, focusing on businesses with consistent earnings and long-term growth potential, serving domestic and offshore high-net-worth clients.

Previously, he worked on the Institutional Sales Desk at Equirus Securities, following a role as an Equity Research Analyst at D. E. Shaw & Co. His research experience includes Indian equity markets, company and sector analysis, valuation, and earnings analysis to support investment and trading decisions.
